By booking our transportation services, you, the client, hereby agree to the following payment terms: Non-refundable Deposit: A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is a separate charge from the cost of the transportation service. The prices provided and agreed upon have already accounted for this deposit. Confirmation of Total Price: It is the client's responsibility to confirm with the transportation company the total price of their transportation service before the service is completed. Final Payment: The balance for the transportation service can be paid in USD cash or by credit card upon completion of the service. When paying by credit card, the payment will be in Dominican pesos (DOP), and your bank, financial institution, or credit card processing company will automatically complete the conversion at the current exchange rate. Credit Card Statement: The charge for the non-refundable deposit will be listed on your credit card statement as BMB Global Trading, LLC. Refund Policy: The non-refundable deposit will only be returned in the rare event that our transportation company is unable to provide the booked service. Authorization for Additional Charges: In the event that the client refuses to pay for the service upon completion, the client authorizes the use of the payment method used for the non-refundable deposit to cover the full agreed-upon price with the transportation company. Additionally, an extra charge of $100 will be applied for the inconvenience. This amount will be charged to the same card used for the non-refundable deposit. By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and consent to these payment terms and conditions, including the non-refundable deposit, the obligation to confirm the total price of the service, any applicable service charges as outlined above, and the authorization for additional charges in the event of non-payment post-service completion. | Al reservar nuestros servicios de transporte, usted, el cliente, acepta los siguientes términos de pago: Depósito No Reembolsable: Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable de $10 para asegurar su reserva. Este depósito es un cargo separado del costo del servicio de transporte. Los precios proporcionados y acordados ya han tenido en cuenta este depósito. Confirmación del Precio Total: Es responsabilidad del cliente confirmar con la compañía de transporte el precio total de su servicio de transporte antes de que se complete el servicio. Pago Final: El saldo por el servicio de transporte se puede pagar en efectivo en USD o con tarjeta de crédito al completar el servicio. Al pagar con tarjeta de crédito, el pago se realizará en pesos dominicanos (DOP), y su banco, institución financiera o compañía procesadora de tarjetas de crédito completará automáticamente la conversión a la tasa de cambio actual. Estado de Cuenta de la Tarjeta de Crédito: El cargo por el depósito no reembolsable aparecerá en el estado de cuenta de su tarjeta de crédito como BMB Global Trading, LLC. Política de Reembolso: El depósito no reembolsable solo se devolverá en el raro caso de que nuestra compañía de transporte no pueda proporcionar el servicio reservado. Autorización para Cargos Adicionales: En el caso de que el cliente se niegue a pagar por el servicio al completarse, el cliente autoriza el uso del método de pago utilizado para el depósito no reembolsable para cubrir el precio total acordado con la compañía de transporte. Además, se aplicará un cargo extra de $100 por las molestias. Esta cantidad se cargará a la misma tarjeta utilizada para el depósito no reembolsable. Al proceder con esta reserva, usted reconoce y consiente estos términos y condiciones de pago, incluyendo el depósito no reembolsable, la obligación de confirmar el precio total del servicio, cualquier cargo por servicio aplicable como se ha descrito arriba, y la autorización para cargos adicionales en caso de no pago después de la finalización del servicio.
