A minimum order of $150 USD or 10,000 pesos is required. Orders below this amount will not be processed.

If your villa is not listed, you may select “Other” on the form. A $10 USD service fee will apply. This helps deter fraudulent orders and covers processing for villas whose hosts have not subscribed to our service.

General Terms and Conditions for Grocery Pre-Stock Service *

Non-Refundable Deposit - $10.00

1. Non-Refundable Deposit A $10 non-refundable deposit is required with your grocery pre-stock request. This fee is for service provision, as your villa host incurs no cost for their listing on our website. This deposit does not apply towards the total cost of your grocery order. Should the non-refundable deposit be a concern, we encourage your host to contact us directly at info@goromana.com. 2. Order Submission and Acknowledgment Upon receiving your grocery pre-stock request and the non-refundable deposit, JERUCAS will acknowledge receipt of your grocery list. We aim to fulfill your order to the best of our ability, though please understand that this acknowledgment does not guarantee the availability of all requested items. We will make every effort to meet your needs and preferences. 3. Changes to Your Order You may make changes to your grocery list up to 1 day before the scheduled delivery date. This flexibility allows us to better accommodate any last-minute adjustments to your order. 4. Payment of Balance The balance of your grocery order, excluding the non-refundable deposit but including any applicable service charges and taxes, is due upon delivery. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card. For credit card payments, the cardholder must present a valid ID at the time of transaction. 5. Authorization to Charge Card on File If you refuse to pay the correct amount upon delivery, you authorize us to charge the total due to the credit card on file. This includes the grocery order balance and any additional fees or penalties for non-payment. 6. Limitation of Liability GoRomana, SRL, BMB Global Trading, LLC, and Servicios Turísticos Jerucas, SRL disclaim liability for any adverse effects or dissatisfaction from the consumption of delivered groceries. Our service is committed to selecting and delivering based on your specifications; however, availability and quality of products are subject to market conditions. 7. Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, with any disputes to be resolved within its jurisdiction. Acknowledgment By submitting your grocery pre-stock request and non-refundable deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the service fee's application and the conditions regarding order changes. Delivery Fee Confirmation *

I confirm that there will be a delivery fee (15% if paying with cash and 21% if paying with a credit card) added onto final grocery bill. Confirmo que habrá una tarifa de envío (15 % si paga en efectivo y 21 % si paga con tarjeta de crédito) que se agregará a la factura final del supermercado.

Delivery Date & Time Confirmation *

While we always strive to accommodate your preferred delivery schedule, we kindly recommend submitting your grocery list at least TWO DAYS prior to the desired delivery date. This ensures that we can best meet your requests and guarantees timely delivery of your groceries. Mientras siempre nos esforzamos por adaptarnos a su horario de entrega preferido, amablemente recomendamos que envíe su lista de compras al menos DOS DÍAS antes de la fecha de entrega deseada. Esto asegura que podamos atender mejor sus solicitudes y garantiza la entrega puntual de sus comestibles.
