By booking our transportation services, you, the client, hereby agree to the following payment terms: Non-refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is a separate charge from the cost of the transportation service. The prices provided and agreed upon have already accounted for this deposit. Subcontracted Services: Go Romana Transport operates through trusted third-party transportation providers. While we manage the reservation process, the transportation service itself is fulfilled by our subcontracted partners. Confirmation of Total Price: It is the client’s responsibility to confirm with Go Romana Transport the total price of the transportation service prior to its completion. Final Payment: The balance for the transportation service can be paid in USD cash or by credit card upon completion of the service. When paying by credit card, the payment will be in Dominican pesos (DOP), and your bank, financial institution, or credit card processing company will automatically convert the amount at the current exchange rate. Credit Card Statement: The charge for the non-refundable deposit will be listed on your credit card statement as BMB Global Trading, LLC. Refund Policy: The non-refundable deposit will only be refunded in the rare event that Go Romana Transport is unable to provide the booked service through any of its subcontractors. Authorization for Additional Charges: In the event that the client refuses to pay the agreed-upon balance upon completion of the service, the client authorizes Go Romana Transport to charge the card used for the non-refundable deposit for the full remaining amount. Additionally, a charge will be applied for the inconvenience and administrative handling. This amount will be charged to the same card used for the initial deposit.
