Meet the Founders
Gillian Speiser received her culinary training at the Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan and began her career at the farm-to-table New American restaurant Reynard at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn. She went on to work as a private chef and caterer across Manhattan and Brooklyn before relocating to the Dominican Republic to start this venture. Andres Pichardo-Canela, born and raised in La Romana, spent several years in New York City attending college and pursuing a music career, which led him to perform at iconic venues and international music festivals. During his time in the city, he also worked in the food and bar industry in Manhattan, shaping his passion for food and hospitality into a well-rounded career.Services Offered
